Obituary for Pamela Jo Anderson

Pamela Anderson, age 67, of Boone, died Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at her home.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 5 to 7 pm, at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall. Burial of her cremains will be held at a later date at Squire Boone Cemetery.

Pamela Jo (Wiscup – Firnhaber) Anderson, was born in Boone, Iowa on January 2, 1951, the daughter of Bob and Bertha Firnhaber. On September 8, 1973, Pam married Garold ‘Gary’ Anderson at Augustana Lutheran Church in Boone, Iowa. Pam was a custodian for Iowa State University in the Laboratory. She was a member of the VFW Axillary. She enjoyed Suspense and Drama Television shows, and spending time with her dog, Aly Jo better known as ‘Sugar Sugar’.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a daughter in infancy, Glenda and a brother, Phillip Wiscup-Firnhaber. Pam is survived by her husband, Gary of Boone; four siblings, Cindy (Mike) Templeton of Boone, Jeffery (Ronda) Firnhaber of Omaha, Nebraska, Mike Firnhaber of Boone and Christy (Ben) Holteen of Boone and many nieces and nephews.
